5.4 Each software license has its own characteristics, its own price, and own requirements. The characteristics, prices and requirements can be changed by any updates made by ACWIN team.
5.5 NONE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PROVIDER CAN BE CONSIDERED AS INVESTMENT SERVICES OR FINANCIAL ADVICE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT GIVE OR PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY ADVICE, INSTRUCTIONS OR INFORMATION ON HOW OR IN WHICH MANNER YOU SHOULD CONDUCT TRANSACTIONS WHEN USING THE SERVICES OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY SIMILAR INFORMATION ABOUT COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT TOOLS, AND THE SUPPLIER DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY SUCH ADVICE, INSTRUCTIONS OR INFORMATION FROM YOU. AFFILIATION PROGRAM
6.1 The users can become Affiliates, which means they are able to sponsor other people willing to use the Services.
6.2 Only users which have a financial firm can become Affiliates. ACWIN has the right to reject an Affiliation application without disclosing the reason why.
6.3 For every person invited to the platform, the Affiliate will earn a percentage of the new user’s income generated by the platform.
6.4 The new user has to state clearly who is his/her Affiliate when applying to the program.
6.5 ACWIN reserves the right to refuse a person invited by an Affiliate
6.6 ACWIN reserves the right to track New Users’ and Affiliates’ activity by both IP-address as well as individual browser activity. ACWIN may reject Your Client or Affiliate registration or purchase without giving any reason for the rejection. These T&Cs are ongoing from the day when You become an Affiliate and will continue until terminated by either You or ACWIN according to what is stated in these T&Cs.
ACWIN does not control the manner in which the New User and Affiliate perform under these T&C and the New User and Affiliate shall, at all times strictly follow the regulations with these T&C and all other policies governing ACWIN’s relationships with the New User’s and Affiliate’s. ACWIN makes no representations or promises about the number of sales or bonuses on the ACWIN products or services that the Affiliate will be able to achieve. Furthermore, ACWIN does not warrant and make representations or promises about the Affiliate will earn or profit from the software that the New User may is his or her own decision purchase/trade.
